Bloom v1.0.8 Patch Changelog:
- Minor text timing changes (Tomoko)
- Added proper build number to trigger web sideloading updates
How do I patch my game?
If you already have Bloom installed, patching is easy. It will not affect your save file, as these are separate from the game files.
For web sideloading: simply upload the new zip file and your Playdate will automatically patch the game.
For USB sideloading: simply overwrite the old .pdx folder with the new .pdx folder.

I uploaded 1.0.8 via web sideloading, but my Playdate doesn't seem to recognize that there's a new version it should download, even after refreshing the list a bunch of times.
This appears to possibly be a bug on Panic's end -- if you want to force the update, uninstalling the game and reinstalling should work. We're in contact with them now to see about resolving this!
Hello - this has been fixed (it was an issue with the documentation regarding build numbers)! If you re-download v1.0.8 from our itch page and re-upload it via web sideloading, your device should show an update after hitting refresh.
